As Director of Operations and Communications, Bianca supports executives in their roles and is in charge of implementing and managing any origination-wide initiatives and programs, as well as, easing communications, and uniting people across organizations to keep them moving forward. With more than 6 years of experience in administrative positions and event planning, her passion is to continue to bring teams together to best support our clients and services.

In her spare time, Bianca enjoys spending time with her two sons.
