Ryan Raplee

From a young age, Ryan Raplee was wired to build, create, and connect. Whether he was selling goods to neighbors from a wagon or trading sports cards for profit, his entrepreneurial spirit was evident early on. That same drive — to work hard, achieve success, and help others thrive — continues to define his journey today.

Fueled by a lifelong passion for technology and marketing, Ryan set his sights on becoming an agency owner. After graduating with honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011, he turned that goal into reality as the Co-Founder and CEO of multiple businesses, including GAVL, a leading digital marketing and cinematic video production agency serving the legal industry.

At GAVL, Ryan and his team empower law firms to grow through storytelling, strategy, and data-driven marketing. His leadership blends creative vision with a deep understanding of how technology and narrative can shape meaningful client relationships and business results. Beyond the office, Ryan proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized with multiple awards for excellence in both web and video production.

A devoted husband and proud #GirlDad of two daughters, Ryan brings the same enthusiasm to family life as he does to entrepreneurship. When he’s not building businesses or supporting clients, you’ll likely find him collecting Disney and sports trading cards with his family, cheering on his favorite teams, or humbly battling the golf course — a game he admits still gets the best of him.
